W5 Going Green Workshop 23rd March 2015

Going Green

On Monday the 23rd March pupils from P.4 - P.7 enjoyed a fun interactive workshop led by W5.  This was organised by Tracey Fitzpatrick from Banbridge District Council as this week is ECO Schools Week.

During the workshop pupils were reminded what types of waste can and cannot be recycled. Lots of fun games and an interactive quiz tested pupils knowledge of what should go into our green, brown and black bins.  Lots of pupils got to actively particpate on the day which really added to the interest and enjoyment.  The lead speaker from W5 was excellent and we would like to thank W5 and Banbridge Council for this fun event.
