P.6S Trip to Shannagh-More 2015

From Wednesday 21st October to Friday 23rd October P.6S pupils will be very excited to be heading off on their first residential trip together to Shannagh-More Outdoor Pursuits Centre.  We hope to keep everyone informed about all the fun we are having - so keep checking the website and we will try to update it regularly. :-)

Remember Pupils should be in school by 11am on Wednesday and are due home on Friday at 2.15pm.

Day 2

On our second day the morning activities centred on canoeing, an adventure walk and the high ropes course again with each group moving onto a different activity from yesterday.

In the afternoon we spent some time in Castlewellan Park.  We tried out some mountain biking, explored the maze and tried out orienteering. 

Day 1

P.6S arrived in high spirits on their first day.  After being fed the three groups began their first set of activities.  It was canoeing, an adventure walk and the high ropes course.  Each group jumped right in to tackle the activities with enthusiasm.  

In the evening after our roast dinner we all went on a night time beach walk in Murlough Bay.  A great time was had by all.
