P.5 Trip to W5

P.5 enjoyed a fantastic trip to W5 on 20th May.  They had lots of fun looking at the properties of materials and experimental work - making slime.  Pupils got to explore all the exhibits and had a great time climbing the beanstalk.

The topic we explored during our recent Science trip to W5 was Slime.

Slime was produced when we mixed borax with paint..

We noticed that it felt rubbery when we had finished. We got to bring the slime we made home.

The Climb It station was exciting and we all got plenty of exercise on it.

It was a great day out.
