P. 6 Enjoy a free Screening of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2
P6 Pupils at the National Youth Film Festival
On the 21st October the P.6 pupils went to the Iveagh Cinema to take part in the National Youth Film Festival. The children were given the opportunity to attend a special preview screening of the new movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2.
This preview screening was only taking place in four locations around the country as part of the film festival’s opening.
The children were invited to dress up as their favourite film characters and many of them did. Also in attendance were Film Nation UkChief Executive Paul Reeve, David Simpson MP, Conor Murphy MP and Bernard McCloskey from Northern Ireland Screen.
The children had an excellent time watching the latest 3D extravaganza and watching two short films made by school children from Film Clubs around the country.
